The PicNic Table in Italy partners with Pacific Northwest winemakers on our private tours with the goal of connecting wine & culinary focused communities here to like-minded communities overseas. Our tours offer intimate, in-depth travel experiences at a slower pace, while fostering the preservation of traditional foods and winemaking techniques in areas that we visit.

How does it work?

Partner with us to craft an itinerary that features your desired locations, food & wine experiences in Italy. Tours are privately guided and utilize Chef Dani's long-standing connections in his home region. Beyond Tuscany, our local partnerships allow us to offer experiences throughout Italy. Each trip is inclusive of accommodations, guided day tours, most meals, wine tastings, airport transfers and daily vehicle support with licensed vehicles and drivers.

Marketing support? Yes!

PicNic Table in Italy provides comprehensive marketing support for your tours including images and content, and detailed daily itineraries utilizing user-friendly cloud based software.

Sales support? Yes!

Once your tour is ready to offer to your wine club members, we provide full sales support including trip documentation, pre-departure and destination information, Q&A support and assistance with international airfare. Our tours are arranged through our partner company, Amani Travel, a fully licensed tour operator in Washington State.

Relax and engage with your wine club members as you experience the best of Italy's food and wine. Each day is designed to maximize the best of local offerings while exposing travelers to the slower pace a PicNic Table Italy trip offers. We'll show you the region's hidden gems and curated experiences that are only offered on our tours. Accommodations are comfortable, local-style inns and hotels in superb locations. We work closely with local specialist guides, chefs, winemakers and artisans. Tours also include a guided city tour and an interactive chef-led market tour, cooking class and craft cocktail making in Rome.
